I have tried several other products and surprisingly this was the best. I really don’t feel the desire to eat very much at meals while I am taking this product. I might become famished after waiting to eat lunch until 2:00 (no breakfast) but when I start to eat I quickly fill up. By 7:00 I still am not hungry if I take another capsule. I felt this was 100% better then Desert Burn, which is much more expensive. One capsule, twice a day so far is enough for me. I am very excited about it. I have only lost 2 pounds, but it has only been 3 days. This is the FIRST product I have really found that has not made me feel sick, jittery or just plain did nothing.

Update: A couple of months later the affects wore off. I think it may have been the caffine (natural) that worked for so well, but I eventually became immune. Oh well.
