Four steps to hold the desire for desirable foods
There are so many delicious foods in the world. Not infrequently these foods make you lose control, so your weight is not controlled.
Overcoming the desire for foods that are desirable is quite tricky. There are several effective ways to overcome this, at least there are four steps to resist the desire for desirable foods. Here are those four steps:
1. Write down all the desirable foods on a regular basis. Be honest to yourself to label foods as bad foods for you and foods that often make you lose control.
2. Identify yourself when nearly out of control and take action. Take a walk, drink a glass of water or call a friend to transfer your desire.
3. Find trigger the desire for these foods and find ways to handle it. For example, when experiencing stress, chew gum because it can stimulate certain areas in the brain so that it does not eat.
4. Set the due date to overcome this desire. Tell other people about this. Usually shared with others will make it easier to set your desire not to eat certain foods.
