Lose weight by eating six times a day
Fast diet lose weight menu:
Breakfast (approx 06.00)
* Omelet eggs or boiled eggs (without yolk, a lot of fat)
* A piece of whole wheat bread or one cup oatmeal / milk.
Morning snack (at 09.00)
* an apple / orange / pear or light snacks are not fried.
Lunch (at 12:30)
* Chicken breast / fish / beef intact (you can boil, burn, other than fry) (in the set as needed).
* Brown rice (brown rice) / brown rice / do not use the rice ..
* Vegetables (as a source of fiber).
Afternoon Snack (at 15:30)

Before sleep
