Eleven Simple Tips to Lose Weight

1. Cardio exercise (running, swimming, treadmill, aerobics).

This exercise is very effective for burning fat, do this exercise regularly every day.

2. Eat at least three times a day.

Keep eating at least three times a day. Do not reduce the frequency of your meal into two meals a day because it will slow down your metabolism, you might actually ulcer disease. Keep eating at least three times a day, with of course a little portion.

3. Reduce sugar in your drinks.

Soft drinks contain high sugar, stop consuming soft drinks. Always make it a habit to consume mineral water if you are on the outside. If you want to drink sweet tea, sometimes it’s okay. Drink water at least eight glasses per day

4. Eat at the end of three hours before bedtime.

Eating close to bedtime will make you eat food that did not get converted into energy for your activity, as a result you will grow fat accumulation. If you feel hungry, you had better eat non-fat milk or low-calorie food nutrition.

5. Avoid fat and less carbohydrates.

Carbohydrate intake is still necessary even if you are running a program to lose weight, so do not get rid of this carbohydrate intake. Eat with a reduced number of carbohydrates.

6. Do not try all kinds of food at dinner buffets.

Do not try all the food menu when there are banquet buffet. Simply select one or two kinds do you like best, then continue with a salad.

7. Beautiful morning for practice.

Practicing in the morning would be more effective because your stomach is empty and of course the main combustion will take from your fat.

8. Enjoying life.

9. Always choose to walk instead of escalators.

10. Rest taste.

A good resting time is six to eight hours a day. Never more than eight hours per day. There is research that says that excessive sleep increases the risk of death.

11. Reduce fried foods, replace it with boiled food.
