Six reasons why you should exercise

American College of Sports Medicine announced, only 70 percent of people who are able to maintain their intention of exercise diligent. The rests are not able to maintain their intent since they are thinking exercise just to shrink the waist circumference.
Actually exercise not only to have a proportionate body. Exercise also helps us reduce the risk of cancer and continue to stay young. And six of the following reasons invite you to do more exercise:
1. Improving language skills.
It may never have imagined because only by doing a treadmill routine to sharpen your brain. University of Muenster in Germany, and even find the fact, those who ran sprints on the treadmill 2-3 minutes with two minutes rest, able to learn new words 20% faster. Exercise makes the brain get the maximum oxygen because blood vessels deliver smoothly. It then activates brain regions that control memory, planning, and multitasking.
