What is the Glycemic Index (GI) that? Simply GI is a measurement of the effect of carbohydrates that enter the body to blood sugar.
This will answer the question, why the hell when we’re on a diet, many people do not recommend to consume rice. So many people mistakenly, by not eating rice, but others do not eat as well as a source of carbohydrate replacement.
